乡村振兴战略的提出与实施充分证明了乡村建设在中国现代化建设中的重要地位。为了研究煤炭产业的经济引领作用,也为探索乡村振兴战略新方向,通过文献总结、数据对比、实地调研等方式,对在乡村振兴战略实施的过程中出现的问题进行了分析。结果 表明:很多地区以融合一二三产业为依托,大力发展旅游业、文化产业等第三产业,有些地区在不适合第三产业的发展的情况下,盲目跟风大力发展旅游业,导致原有产业倒退,新兴产业不能带动经济发展。乡村出现产业融合程度低、创新能力差、经济带动能力弱、难以规模化、产业链短等问题。为解决在乡村振兴过程中出现的煤炭产业为首的工业发展缓慢,老工业基地发展被排挤等等情况,针对乡村产业融合中煤炭产业升级出现的问题,通过对数据的分析,提出优化路径。

The proposal and implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization has fully prove the important position of rural construction in China's modernization.In order to study the economic leading role of coal industry and explore the new direction of rural revitalization Strategy,the paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of rural revitalization Strategy through literature review,data comparison,field research and other ways.The results show that: Many regions rely on the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries to vigorously develop tourism,cultural industries and other tertiary industries. In some areas,although it is not suitable to develop tertiary industry,they blindly follow suit to develop tourism,leading to the retrogress of already existing industry,while the emerging industries cannot drive economic development. There are some problems in rural areas,such as low degree of industrial integration,poor innovation ability,weak economic driving ability,difficulty in scale,short industrial chain and so on. In order to solve the problem of the slow development of coal industry and the exclusion of the old industrial base in the process of Rural Revitalization. Based on the analysis of the data analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization path for the specific problems.
