为了解决煤层气含量损失气估算不准的问题,研制了煤层密闭取芯煤层气含量测试装置,该装置采用模块化设计、双筒单动结构,解体性好、便于拆卸和维护,与各种钻机、钻具、泥浆泵、气体解吸仪等设备的配套。在国内2个煤矿区井下试验45组和地面进行2口井的对比试验,密闭取芯测试结果比绳索取芯/传统瓦斯测试结果高出25.35%以上,对于松软和煤体结构较破碎煤层,其测试结果高出绳索取芯/传统测试结果的35.48%以上,密闭取心测试结果将更好。研究表明:煤层气含量密闭取心测试技术革新了煤层气取芯工艺,克服了常规取芯方法的不足之处,缩短了暴露时间,最大限度地避免了甲烷气体损失,简化了测试工艺,提高煤层气含量测试精度; 通过现场实践该技术的应用可以提高瓦斯含量测试数据的可靠性。

In order to solve the problem of inaccurate estimation of methane content loss gas,a methane content testing device with sealed coring is developed.The device adopts modular design,double barrel single action structure,good disassembly,easy disassembly and maintenance,and is compatible with various drilling rigs,drilling tools,mud pumps and other equipment.Comparing 45 groups of underground test and 3 wells on the ground in 2 coal mine areas in China,the result of closed coring test is more than 25.35% higher than that of rope coring/traditional gas test,and the result of closed coring test is 35.48% higher than that of rope coring/traditional testing for soft and fractured coal seams.It will be better in content sealed coring.The results show that methane content closed coring technology has innovated methane coring technology,overcomes the shortcomings of conventional coring methods,shortens the exposure time,avoids the loss of methane gas to the greatest extent,simplifies the testing process,and improves the accuracy of methane content testing.Improve the reliability of gas content test data.
