为实现科教耦合过程化良性调控激增高教质量与人才能力,本研究以西部某矿业类高校为研究背景,采用现代信息理论,对科学研究与人才培养耦合后能力激增与信息熵的关系、科学研究与人才培养有效耦合蕴含的时间-空间-强度、知识创新与能力、独立与关联3种主要耦合特征进行了探讨,尝试建立具有显示度与贡献度的评价指标体系,通过实践应用与效果评价证实了耦合激增整体与局部质量均取得显著成效。研究证明:时间的持续性和强度的韧性的耦合提升是实现耦合度目标良性提升的关键指标,也是动力学机制发挥持续作用的基本前提,这为探索科教耦合过程调控与教育评价改革新思路提供了科学依据。

In order to realize a surge in the quality of higher education and the ability of talents, the science and education coupling process benign control measures is used. Three coupling characteristics, namely, the relationship between the increase of ability and information entropy after the coupling of scientific research and talent cultivation, the time-space-intensity contained in the effective coupling of scientific research and talent cultivation, knowledge innovation and ability, and independence and correlation, are discussed based on a mining university in the west of China and adopt modern information theory. The evaluation index system with display degree and contribution degree is established through practical application and effect evaluation, Research shows that both the overall and local quality of coupling surge have achieved remarkable results. Research shows that the coupling enhancement of time continuity and strength toughness is the key index to realize the benign enhancement of coupling degree and the basic premise for the dynamic mechanism to play a continuous role, This provides a scientific basis for the exploration of the new idea of the coupling process of science and education and the reform of education evaluation.
