为科学量化煤矿高层管理者的工作压力情况,利用信息熵、层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,研究评价煤矿高层管理者的工作压力。通过深度访谈与问卷调查的方式建立了评价指标体系,在层次分析法的基础上使用熵权法修正并确定了评价指标体系的权重,然后基于模糊综合评价法构建了煤矿高层管理者工作压力评价模型。该模型在主观赋权的基础上提高了评价结果的客观性,确保了对工作压力这一不易量化的因素定量化的准确性。最后通过选取某市5个大型国有煤矿50名高管为例进行工作压力评价,通过计算得出该地区高管工作压力具体情况和大小分布特征,结果与现实情况相符,表明该模型有效可行。研究表明,评价指标体系体现了煤矿高层管理者工作压力源属性和分布特征,该模型可对煤矿高层管理者的工作压力进行识别和诊断,从而为煤炭企业工作压力管理提供决策依据和参考。

The senior coal mine managers'work stress was studied and evaluated using the information entropy,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in order to scientifically quantify it.The evaluation index system was established by means of in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.On the basis of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of evaluation index system was revised and determined by entropy weight method.Then,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the work stress evaluation model of senior coal mine managers was constructed.The model improves the objectivity of evaluation results on the basis of subjective weighting and ensures the accuracy of quantification of work stress,which is not easy to quantify.Finally,by selecting 50 senior executives of 5 large state-owned coal mines in a city as an example,we carried out evaluation on the work stress.The specific situation and size distribution characteristics of the work stress of senior executives in this area were obtained by calculation.The results are consistent with the actual situation,indicating the model is effective and feasible.The research shows that the evaluation index system reflects the attributes and distribution characteristics of the senior coal mine managers'work stress,and the model could identify and diagnose the senior coal mine managers'work stress.Thus it provides the decision basis and reference for the coal enterprise work stress management.
