为了确定本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔的合理密封深度,进而改善本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔效果,提出了瓦斯抽采钻孔合理密封深度的综合判定办法。通过理论分析钻孔周围煤体应力分布和破坏情况,并利用ZKXG30K矿用钻孔窥视仪直观确定了抽采钻孔内部情况,根据数值模拟法和现场钻屑法的实测结果,初步确定了井下工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔的合理密封深度,最终结合五阳矿53105工作面现场试验应用的验证,确定了五阳矿53105工作面较理想的钻孔密封深度为14 m.研究成果为本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔高效密封提供了依据。

To improve the sealing effects on horizontal gas drainage borehole,and solve problems of rational sealing depth for borehole,we have proposed a packaged technology system of judging rational sealing depth.Internal conditions of boreholes were got using the infrared ZKXG30K borehole imaging tool,and a reasonable depth for sealing was determined for coal seam in test field.According to the numerical simulation method and the actual measurement results of the in-situ cuttings method,the reasonable sealing depth of the gas drainage holes in the underground working face has preliminarily been determined,and engineering experiments in the 53105 mining area of Wuyang Coal Mine have been carried out.Results show that 14 m sealing depth is more ideal for the 53105 working face of the mine,which provides a theoretical guidance for the rational efficiency sealing depth of horizontal gas drainage borehole.
