以选煤厂细粒煤泥为研究对象,分析了该煤泥的煤质特征。通过柴油与多种促进剂混合制备得到复合药剂,并进行了常规药剂、现有复合药剂与新开发复合药剂的浮选试验对比,结果表明,当新开发复合药剂换算柴油用量为360 g/t时,精煤产率为39.42%,精煤灰分17.35%,该指标与常规药剂和MJ型药剂分选时约500 g/t用量时结果相近,较常规药剂和MJ型复合药剂分选可有效节约药剂耗量,并得到好的分选指标。当该复合药剂换算柴油用量720 g/t时,得到较优分选指标,精煤产率为47.13%,精煤灰分为16.24%.最后对新型复合药剂的分选机理进行了探究。

The paper discussed the fine coal quality characteristics from coal preparation plant.The compound reagent was prepared with diesel oil and various accelerating agent mixture.The comparison of flotation test on conventional reagent,present compound reagent and new development compound regent was carried out.Results shows the new development compound reagent could improve the flotation process and effectively save the reagent dosage.We could get the clean coal with the ash 17.35% and the yield 39.42% when the new compound reagent dosage at 360 g/t diesel oil.The near flotation index was got with the reagent dosage at 500 g/t diesel oil when using conventional reagent and present compound regent.The better separation result was gained that the clean coal with the ash 16.24% and the yield 47.13% when the new compound reagent dosage at 720 g/t diesel oil.The separation mechanism of the new development compound reagent was studied.
