为研究彩跑粉基料的爆炸特性,实验采用20 L近球形的爆炸系统,从粉尘云浓度、点火延迟时间和初始点火能量3个方面对其进行了实验研究。结果 表明:随着初始点火能的增大,彩跑粉基料的最大爆炸压力也会随之增大,初始点火能量的增加会导致彩跑粉基料爆炸威力显著增强; 随着点火延迟时间的增加,彩跑粉基料的最大爆炸压力会先增大后减小,存在最佳点火延迟时间,可使彩跑粉基料最大爆炸压力达到峰值,70 g·m-3彩跑粉基料的最佳点火延时是60 ms,对应的最大爆炸压力为0.128 MPa; 随粉尘云浓度的增大,彩跑粉基料的最大爆炸压力先增加后减小,彩跑粉基料的爆炸下限浓度为55 g·m-3,存在某一浓度,使彩跑粉基料的最大爆炸压力达到峰值,在190 g·m-3浓度时,彩跑粉基料爆炸威力最猛烈,最大爆炸压力达0.368 MPa.

In order to study the explosion characteristics of the staple material of color run powder,the explosion characteristic parameters of the staple material of color run powder were studied from three aspects:dust cloud concentration,ignition delay time and initial ignition energy using a 20 L near-spherical explosion experimental system.The results show that with the increase of the initial ignition energy,the maximum explosion pressure of the staple material of color run power also increases,and has a significant enhancement of the staple material of color run powder to explosion power; with the increase of ignition delay time,the maximum explosion pressure increases first and then decreases,and there is an optimum ignition delay time which can reach the maximum explosion pressure of the staple material of color run powder,the optimum ignition time of 70 g·m-3 of the staple material of color run powder is 60 ms and the maximum explosion pressure is 0.128 MPa; with the increase of dust cloud concentration,the maximum explosion pressure increases first and then decreases,and the lowest explosive concentration of the staple material of color run powder is 55 g·m-3.At the concentration of 190 g·m-3,the most intense explosion occurs and the maximum explosion pressure of the staple material of color run powder is 0.368 MPa.
