含水弱胶结外排土场边坡稳定性研究

弱胶结软岩物料具有强度低、胶结差的特点,对边坡稳定性具有重要影响。为了分析含水弱胶结软岩对排土场边坡稳定性的影响,依据五林油页岩露天矿地质及实际生产情况,结合边坡稳定性计算的Bishop方法,分析了台阶坡面角、含水率、平盘宽度和台阶高度4个主要因素对含水弱胶结软岩排土场边坡稳定性的影响,并采用正交试验方法建立了4因素3水平正交试验模型,通过数值模拟确定了不同因素对边坡稳定性的影响程度,最后对排土参数进行了优化。结果 表明:台阶坡面角、含水率、台阶高度与边坡稳定系数呈负相关,平盘宽度与边坡稳定系数成正相关,且平盘宽度对弱胶结外排土场边坡稳定性影响的敏感程度最高,其余依次为台阶高度、台阶坡面角、含水率,确定最佳排土参数为:台阶高度18 m,台阶坡面角23°,平盘宽度15 m.

Soft rock material of weak cementation has a characteristic of low strength and poor cementation,which has a great significance on slope stability.In order to analyze the slope stability for external-dump of weak cementation characteristic containing moisture,basing on the geological and actual production of the Wulin oil shale open-pit and according to the Bishop calculation method for slope stability,the main factors affecting the stability of the weak cement characteristic slope were analyzed containing bench slope angle,moisture content bench,flat plate width and bench height.An orthogonal experiment model of four factors and three levels was established using the orthogonal experiment method.The influences of different factors on the stability of the slope were confirmed by numerical simulation,and the optimum dumping parameters are optimized as well.The results show that bench slope angle,moisture content and bench height have a negatively correlated with slope stability coefficient,but flat plate width acts an positive role.What's more,flat plate width,bench height,bench slope angle,moisture content have an important effect on the slope stability of the weakly cemented waste dump and the influence degree decreases in turn.The optimal dumping parameters are determined as 18m for bench height,23for bench slope angle and 15m for flat plate width.
