随着管道建设的大规模开展,管道压覆煤矿采空区工程案例越来越多,煤层顶板稳定性评价在矿产压覆谈判、管道安全建设及运营方面具有重要意义。应用改进可拓层次分析法进行煤层顶板稳定性评价,以榆林至西安输气管道工程压覆渭北某煤矿为例,进行了煤层顶板稳定性评价。将影响煤层顶板稳定性要素分为4大因素、8个因子,稳定性级别划分为非常稳定、稳定、基本稳定及不稳定等4个级别,建立了煤层顶板稳定性评价的可拓层次分析模型; 在充分研究煤矿地质特征基础上,分三级构建了煤层顶板稳定性评价的可拓对比矩阵; 考虑到一般的区间排序判断方法计算量较大且易于出现错误等缺点,引入了“可能度区间判断矩阵”排序法改进可拓评价方法,更有利于层次排序和方案比选; 评价结果显示该井田5#主采煤层顶板稳定性级别为稳定。结果 表明:改进可拓层次分析法作为一种系统、简洁和科学的评价方法,是对煤层顶板稳定性评价方法的有益补充和尝试。

With the development of pipeline construction,the possibility of coal seam roof under pipeline pressure has become more common.The stability of coal seam roof has great significance in the mineral pressure negotiation and the construction and operation of pipeline.The stability evaluation of coal seam roof was studied by Extension Analytical Hierarchy Process(EAHP)method in Weibei coal mine which pressured by Yulin-Xi'an gas pipeline project.It is pointed that main factors of coal seam roof stability can be divided into four major factors and eight secondary factors and stability of coal seam roof can be divided into four grades:super stability,stability,basically stability and instability.Established EAHP model of coal seam roof stability.Extension comparison matrix of coal seam roof stability evaluation was constructed in three stages on basis of geological characteristics of coal mine.A possibility-based method for priorities of interval judgement matrices was introduced considering that general interval ranking judge method needs a large amount of calculation and could be prone to error.The method is more conducive to the level of sorting and selection; evaluation results show that the mine No.5 main seam roof stability level is stable.The results indicate that application of EAHP is a systematic,concise and scientific evaluation method and could be a useful supplement and attempt to evaluate the stability of coal seam roof.
