采用原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,对添加不同黄铁矿含量的四川地区无烟煤进行了原位漫反射红外光谱测试,利用OPUS软件对实验数据进行处理分析,研究了黄铁矿对煤自燃氧化过程中表面官能团的影响,分析了不同黄铁矿含量的煤样在氧化升温过程中芳烃结构、脂族结构以及含氧官能团的变化规律。发现在煤低温氧化过程中,黄铁矿会促进多种取代芳烃、亚甲基、分子间缔合氢键的产生,同时减少芳香烃C=C双键的消耗; 煤分子中亚甲基的消耗量随黄铁矿含量的增加而先减小后增大,分子间缔合氢键的减少量随黄铁矿含量的增加而先增大后减小,黄铁矿添加量为1%时,产生的亚甲基最多,分子间缔合氢键的减少量最大。结果 表明,黄铁矿会促进亚甲基、含氧官能团等活性基团的产生,加快煤自燃进程,对煤自燃具有促进作用。

The infrared spectra of the heating anthracite from Sichuan,China,with various contents of pyrite were tested using the diffuse reflection in-situ infrared spectrometer.The code of OPUS was employed to analyze the experimental data.The effect of pyrite content on the surface active groups of coal was investigated.The evolution regulations of aromatic hydrocarbons,aliphatic hydrocarbons and oxygen-contained groups of coal samples with different pyrite content during oxidation was studied.Experimental results indicate that pyrite promoted the generation of many substituted aromatics,methylene and hydrogen bond during the low-temperature oxidation stage of coal.Nevertheless,pyrite can reduce the consumption of C=C structure.With the increase of pyrite consent,the consumption of C=C structure firstly decreased and then increased,while the content of hydrogen bonding of intermolecular association firstly increased and then decreased.The 1% content of pyrite led to the minimum consumption of methylene and the maximum consumption of hydrogen bonding of intermolecular association.Pyrite could promote the production of methylene and oxygen-contained groups,which were easy to participate in the coal-oxygen reaction and accelerate the spontaneous combustion of coal.Therefore,the pyrite can promote spontaneous combustion of coal.
