为了研究褐煤煤尘云在不同环境气氛的燃爆特性,对褐煤的微观结构(煤质、粒径及形貌)进行表征分析的基础上,分别应用Godbert-Greenwald加热炉和20 L近球形爆炸装置,对褐煤煤尘云最低着火温度和最大爆炸压力等燃爆特性参数开展实验研究,分析了煤尘粒径、点火延迟时间对褐煤-空气燃爆特性的影响,并分析了煤尘浓度、可燃气体体积比对褐煤-甲烷-空气燃爆特性的影响。结果 表明:随着煤尘粒径的减小,褐煤煤尘云的最低着火温度单调递减。随着点火延迟时间的增大,褐煤-空气最大爆炸压力先增大后减小。随着煤尘浓度增加,褐煤-甲烷-空气混合物最大爆炸压力Pmm先增大后减小; 随着可燃气体体积比的增大,Pmm依次减小。当煤尘浓度为400 g/m3,可燃气体体积比为1:3时,Pmm达到峰值0.781 MPa.这些参数对煤矿井下电力设备工业过程及表面温度的控制和煤矿井下通风、泄爆、惰化等措施的实施具有参考价值。

To study the ignition and explosion characteristics of lignite coal dust cloud in different environment atmosphere,the particle size distribution,coal quality and morphology of lignite coal were characterized,and the explosion characteristics of lignite coal dust cloud were studied using Godbert-Greenwald furnace and 20 L nearly spherical explosive device,respectively.The effects of coal dust particle size and ignition delay time on explosive properties of lignite coal air was analyzed,the effects of coal dust concentration and volume ratio of combustible gas on explosive properties of lignite coal-methane-air were analyzed.The results show that with the decrease of coal dust particle size,the minimum ignition temperature of lignite coal decreases monotonically.With the increase of ignition delay time,the maximum explosion pressure of coal dust-air mixture first increases and then decreases.With the increase of coal dustconcentration,Pmm first increases and then decreases.With the increase of volume ratio of flammable gas,Pmm decreases.When the coal dust concentration is 400 g/m3,the volume ratio of flammable gas is 1:3,Pmm reaches its peak of 0.781 MPa.The parameters are of reference value for the control of the industrial process and surface temperature of the coal mine underground power equipment and the implementation of measures such as underground ventilation,blow-out and inerting.
