为解决分布式操作平台分散控制导致的企业雇员数量增加、劳动生产率下降等问题,进一步提高企业信息化、自动化程度。应用RS-485总线与虚拟仪器技术,利用可编址连接转换器、数据采集卡、矩阵切换器等设备,详细讲解了如何构建远程集中控制系统,实现多路触控操作平台的远程集中控制与状态监测; 应用了互斥型开关并将其与其他现场设备共同集成在机顶盒中,不仅有利于系统搭建与扩展,还可实现近远端操作权限的控制; 基于LabVIEW开发了含触屏操作信息翻译子模块的中央控制总程序,在实现集中控制与状态监测基本功能的同时,解决了不同型号触屏控制设备兼容控制的问题。为验证设计方案的可行性,开发了原理样机并进行了现场测试,实际应用表明:该系统反应灵敏、操作流畅、状态监测准确、抗干扰能力强,实现了既定的设计目标,验证了该方法是实现分布式操作平台远程集中控制的一种有效方法,为应用此类设备的企业提高劳动生产效率、降低企业成本提供了一条可行的解决路径。

In order to solve the problem of increasing number of employees and declining labor productivity caused by decentralized control of distributed operating platforms,and further improve enterprise information and automation level,RS-485 bus and virtual instrument technology as well as equipment including addressable connection converter,data acquisition card and matrix switcher were used to build a remote centralized control system to realize remote centralized control and status monitoring of multiple touch control operation platforms.The mutex switch was integrated with the other field devices in the set-top box to realize the proximal and distal control of the operating authority,which is also conducive to build and expand the system.Based on LabVIEW,the centralized control program with touch screen operation information translation submodule has been developed to solve the problem of compatible control of different types of touch screen control devices while achieving the basic functions of centralized control and status monitoring.To verify the feasibility of the design,the prototype was developed and has been field tested.The practical application shows that the system is sensitive to response with status monitoring accurate,smooth operation and strong anti-interference ability,which achieves the established design goals and verifies that the method is an effective method to realize remote centralized control of distributed operating platforms.This method provides a feasible solution for enterprises to increase labor productivity and reduce business costs.
