为研究岩浆热演化区域煤层钻屑瓦斯解吸指标的敏感性,建立杨柳煤矿10煤层岩浆岩圈闭区煤层敏感指标体系,论文采用实验室实验和现场考察相结合的研究方法对岩浆岩圈闭的104,106采区突出预测指标(钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1,Δh2)的敏感性进行系统研究。结果 表明:岩浆岩圈闭区域10煤层瓦斯初始解吸量大,初始解吸速度快,第1 min及第3~5 min瓦斯解吸量随瓦斯压力的变化符合幂指数关系; 依据Δh2指标计算所得的第3~5 min瓦斯解吸量与实测的瓦斯解吸量平均误差为23.30%,而依据K1指标计算的第1 min瓦斯解吸量与实测的瓦斯解吸量平均误差56.22%; 依据Δh2指标计算所得的第3~5 min瓦斯解吸量与实测的瓦斯解吸量平均误差更小,即表明Δh2指标更敏感。同时,现场实测的78组钻屑瓦斯解吸指标结果也表明Δh2指标迫近度方差和标准差较大、对工作面推进过程中的地应力及突出危险程度变化反映能力更强,即Δh2指标更加敏感。因此,结合现场考察和实验室测定结果,将Δh2作为10煤层岩浆岩圈闭区主要敏感指标,K1指标作为辅助指标。

In order to study the sensitivity of coal seam gas desorption indexes of drilling cuttings in magmatic thermal evolution zone and establish a sensitive index system of the No.10 coal seam in the igneous rock trap area,we adopt the methods of combining the laboratory experiments and field investigation to systematically research the sensitivity of the outburst prediction indexes(drilling cuttings gas desorption index K1 and Δh2)in the No.104,106 mining area.The results show that the gas initial desorption volume of the No.10 coal seam is large,and the initial desorption speed is very fast in igneous rock trap area.The gas desorption variation of the first 1 min and during the 3~5 min with the gas pressure are fitting the line with the power index relationship.The average error of gas desorption between the calculation results of Δh2 index and measured gas desorption was 23.30%,while the average error between the calculation of K1 index and measured gas desorption was 56.22%,which show that the Δh2 index is more sensitive.Furthermore,the 78 groups field observations measuring results of drilling cuttings gas desorption indexes also show that the proximity variance and standard deviation of the Δh2 index are larger,which could more exactly reflect the variations of the ground stress and the outburst risk level in the mining process of working face and verify the Δh2 index is more sensitive.Based on the above results,Δh2 was used as the main sensitive index,and K1 was used as the auxiliary index for the No.10 coal seam in the igneous rock trap area.
