为探究多因素对类岩石材料力学特性的影响,采用正交设计方法,选取水泥含量、石膏含量、骨料粒径、冲击力、冲击次数作为影响因素,得到25组类岩石材料单轴压缩条件下抗压强度、弹性模量及容重的正交试验结果。应用方差分析获得各因素的敏感性,并运用SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science)对试验结果进行多元线性回归分析,研究显著因素对类岩石材料力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:类岩石材料抗压强度受水泥含量、石膏含量、骨料粒径、冲击力的影响显著,且随着水泥含量、石膏含量和冲击力的增加而增大,随粒径增大而减小; 弹性模量受水泥含量、石膏含量、骨料粒径的影响显著,且与水泥含量、冲击力呈正线性关系,与粒径大小呈负线性关系; 容重受冲击力的影响显著,并随之增加而增大。针对多因素不同水平的正交试验结果应用多元线性回归分析可以建立类岩石材料力学特性的回归方程模型,能够在一定范围内预测类岩石材料的抗压强度、弹性模量及容重,为进一步定量化开展物理模型试验奠定了基础。

To investigate the influence of multiple factors on mechanical properties of rock-like materials,using orthogonal design method,the factors of cement contents,gypsum contents,grain size,impact force,and impact times were selected to prepare rock-like materials specimens.Uniaxial compression tests of twenty five samples were carried out to obtain the data of unconfined compressive strength,unit weight,and elastic modulus.The variance analysis were used to get the sensitivity of various factors,and multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS was adopted to study the influence of significant factors on mechanical properties of rock-like materials.The results show that the variations of cement contents,gypsum contents,grain size,and impact force had a marked effect on compressive strength of rock-like materials.The compressive strength raised with increase of cement percentage,gypsum percentage,impact force and decreased with the reduction in grain size.In addition,the effect of cement contents,gypsum contents and grain size on elastic modulus was significant,of which cement contents and impact force were positive and grain size was negative.The effect of unit weight was marked by impact force and increased with it.According to the results of multi-factor orthogonal experiment,regression equation models of rock-like materials mechanical properties were established,which could be used to estimate compressive strength,unit weight,and elastic modulus of rock-like materials within a certain range.Those results will lay a foundation for the further development of the physical model tests.
