为了研究三软煤层综放开采条件下沿空留巷的矿压显现规律,以国投新登煤矿31061工作面为研究对象,采用CDEM数值模拟软件、现场矿压及围岩移动监测和留巷工业性试验相结合的方法,研究了三软煤层综放采场侧向覆岩移动规律及矿山压力的时空变化规律,并对沿空巷道变形及矿压进行了现场监测。结果 表明:31061工作面开挖到9.6,20,30 m时,分别发生了直接顶初次垮落、基本顶初次来压和第一次周期来压,开挖过程矿压显现较为强烈,应力分布主要集中于工作面前方20 m左右,工作面上覆岩层存在明显的三带特征; 工作面后方留巷根据矿压显现特征可以划分为:压力缓慢升高阶段、压力快速增加阶段和压力稳定阶段,采空区后70 m左右是进行二次维修的合理位置。根据矿压显现特征分别提出了留巷过渡段临时支护方案和维修后正常段支护方案,现场工业试验表明利用临时支护渡过动压影响阶段,然后巷道进行二次维修并替换为正常支护,可以保证留巷围岩稳定,满足生产的需求。

In order to study the displacement law of road along gob-side in fully mechanized top-coal caving face with soft coal seam and surrounding rock strata,the 31061 fully mechanized caving face in Xindeng coal mine was taken as the in-site engineering.Based on the combination of numerical simulation and field monitoring,the law of lateral overburden movement and the spatial-temporal variation of ground pressure in fully mechanized top coal caving face were studied,and the supporting plan for the road along gob-side was proposed.The results showed that the distance of failure of direct roof,first failure of main roof and first period failure of main roof were 9.6,20 and 30 m,respectively.The strata pressure behavior showed very obviously.The stress concentration was mainly in the area of 20 m advancing the face.The pressure behavior behind face showed obviously three stage which were pressure rising slowly stage,pressure rising rapidly stage and pressure stable stage.The location suitable for maintaining the rock along gob-side was 70 m from the face.Based on the pressure behavior,the supporting plan for the transition period and normal period for road along gob-side was proposed.The in-site experiment showed that it is suitable for 31061 longwall face to use the temporary supporting method in the transition period,and maintain the road along gob-side in the pressure stable stagewith normal supporting method.
