为研究韩家湾煤矿浅埋近距房柱式采空区及煤柱下开采的动载矿压,运用理论分析方法和物理相似模拟实验,采用应力和位移的监测手段,对综采工作面过房柱式采空区及煤柱进行模拟研究。研究表明,房柱式采空区下,工作面覆岩会随着下煤层关键层的破断而依次破坏,矿压显现较一般浅埋煤层开采剧烈,但未发生动载。而在进入区段煤柱期间,工作面只表现出比单一煤层开采时工作面压力较大,在出煤柱时则普遍存在动载矿压现象,动载易发区域在煤柱中的最后一次周期来压后10 m范围内。研究成果在韩家湾煤矿2405工作面进行了动载预测和防治。

In order to study the strong strata behavior of exploitation beneathcoal pillars and room-and-pillar mining goaf in shallow and close distance seam of Hanjiawan coal mine,the physical simulation experiment and theoretical analysis were applied,and the method of stress and displacement was adopted to simulate the process of fully-mechanized working face through a room-and-pillar mining goaf and coal pillars.The research shows that the overburden strata of working face beneath the room-and-pillar mining goaf will rupture in turn with the breaking of key strata,and the strata behavior is more severe than general shallow seam but without dynamic loads.During mining face moving into the section coal pillar,the strata behavior is just more severe than a single coal seam.The phenomenon of strong strata behavior commonly exists when mining face is out of coal pillar,and strong strata behavior region is within 10 meters after the last periodic weighting.The study results have been applied to forecast and control strong strata behavior in No.2405 working face of Hanjiawan coal mine.
