研究数字矿山物联网建设方法,为矿山安全生产信息化建设提供依据。采用“综合一体化”的建设思路,从数据感知传输、存储管理与分析决策3个层面进行了探讨,对数字矿山系统进行总体框架设计,实现从数据感知、传输、存储、管理、分析及决策的智能化和综合一体化。结果 表明:通过建设统一的物联网传输平台、统一的大数据支撑平台和统一的业务应用服务平台,可大幅度降低煤矿信息化运营及投入成本,提高矿山安全生产信息化系统运行效率,强化煤矿安全生产综合能力,符合新形势下煤矿企业信息化建设的需要。为避免煤矿企业信息化系统独立,各自为政,信息封闭分散,应进行一体化整合和综合集成,使煤矿井上下各生产环节的生产状况信息在统一的网络平台上运行,实现信息资源的分析与共享,提高煤矿安全生产的管理水平。

In order to provide the basis of mine safe production informatization,this paper researchs the constraction method of digital mine in internet of thing.This paper discusses the three aspects of data sensing transmission,storage management and analysis and decision-making,and designs the overall framework of digital mine system to realizethe integration of intelligence and integrationfor data sensing,transmission,storage,management,analysis and decision-making.The results show that based on the construction of a unified Internet of Things transmission platform,a unified big data support platform and a unified business application service platform,so we can significantly reduce the coal mine information operation and input costs,improve mine safe production information system operating efficiency,boost safety production capacity,meetingthe new situation requirement of coal enterprise information construction.In order to avoid the independence of the coal mine enterprise information system,and fragmented information,it should be integrated,so that the production status information of the production and operation of coal mines can be run on a unified network platform to realize the analysis and sharing of information resources,and to improve the management level of coal mine safe production.
