太阳能的利用中普遍受到气候因素制约,导致夏季过热而冬季易结冰的问题,基于此设计了一种新型气液分离式热管采暖系统,热管内的传热气相工质和液相工质分开流动,这种热管采暖系统有效避免了毛细极限和携带极限的影响,对比普通地暖管、单热管、两根热管以及在改变混凝土块面积情况下加热混凝土块表面温度特性实验测试,结果表明热管具有更好的导热性能,可以利用热阻小的特点来降低供暖的热水温度,从而达到节能的目的 。实验证明了铜-水热管采暖系统的高效换热效率和快速热响应性能。热管式采暖系统对于提高热效率和室内舒适度具有重要意义,同时利于采暖系统的安全和高效运行。

Solar energy utilization is generally restricted by climate factors,leading to overheating in summer and freezing in winter.Based on this problem,a new gas-liquid separator type heat pipe heating system is designed.The flow of the liquid phase and the gas phase is separated in the heat pipe,it can effectively prevent the impact of capillary limit and entrainment limit.The test was conducted and the temperature characteristics was compared in different types,quantities and areas.It was indicated that heat pipe has better thermal conductivity,low thermal resistance characteristics and can be used to reduce the heating temperature of water,so as to achieve energy-saving purpose.The results show that the copper-water heating system has high efficiency heat exchange and rapid thermal response.The heat pipe heating system has important significance for improving heat efficiency and indoor comfort,moreover it is favorable for safe and efficient operation of the heating system.
