为进一步研究“固-气”耦合相似材料力学特性,应用正交设计方法,设计5组力学参数相差均匀的材料配比,自行研制煤岩体单轴约束下振动及测试系统,研究了不同振动频率下相似材料力学特性变化规律,实验表明:加载频率为10~60 Hz试件的轴向应变分别在0.74%,0.81%,0.94%,1.02%,1.03%及1.12%时达到峰值,此时压力传感器传输幅值时间变化阈值分别为32,47,52,62,65及 95 s.当压力传感器传输幅值为0.2~0.6 N时,试件处于弹性阶段,不断积聚弹性应变能; 当压力传感器传输幅值为0.8~1.5 N时,试件处于压力的强度极限,说明试件处于塑形阶段,开始释放弹性应变能。为“固-气”耦合物理相似模拟实验的开展进一步补充了实验基础。

To further study the mechanical characteristics of similar material of solid-gas coupling,orthogonal test is used to design the five group of material ratio which mechanical parameters are homogeneous,the vibration and testing system of coal and rock under the restriction of single shaft is developed,and vibration rules of mechanical properties of similar material under different vibration frequency are studied.The experimental results show that axial strain of specimens are 0.74%,0.81%,0.94%,0.81%,1.03% and 1.12%,respectively when the load frequency are 10~60 Hz,which reach the peak value,the time changing threshold of pressure sensor transmission amplitude are 32,47,52,62,65 and 65 s,respectively.The specimens accumulate elastic strain energy under the elastic stage when pressure sensor transmission amplitude is 0.2~0.6 N.The specimens release elastic strain energy under the plastic stage when pressure sensor transmission amplitude is 0.8~1.2 N.It is a complementary foundation for the solid-gas coupling physically simulating experiment.
