为探讨组合方式对煤岩组合体力学特性和冲击倾向性的影响,基于煤岩单体试件单轴压缩实验,对自主构建的二元、三元组合体开展单轴压缩实验研究,探讨不同组合体力学特性和冲击倾向性规律。结果 表明:组合体呈“碎状”、“锥形”、“Y形”破坏; 应力应变曲线对比明显,有煤参与的组合体,压密阶段明显,无煤参与的组合体,弹、塑性阶段显著; 组合体强度受中间试件和上下试件接触面积的影响:中间试件相同时,上下试件接触面积越大,组合体强度越小; 组合体中弹性模量小的软弱岩层是能量积聚的主要载体; 组合体组分之间硬度差别越大,冲击能量指数越大,冲击倾向性越强。

In order to investigate the influence of combination mode on the mechanical properties and impact tendency of the coal-rock combination,the experimental research on the uniaxial compression of the binary and ternary assemblage is carried out.The mechanical properties and impact tendency of different combinations are discussed.The research proves that the combination shows “broken destruction”,“conical destruction” and “Y destruction”.The stress-strain curve shows distinct contrast: the compaction stage is obvious when the coal is involved in the combination.However,the elastic and plastic phases are remarkable when the coal is not involved in the combination.The strength of the combination is affected by the contact area between the middle specimen and the upper and lower specimens: when the middle specimen is the same,the contact area of the upper and lower specimens is larger and the strength of the combination is smaller.Weak rock stratum with small elastic modulus in the combination is the main carrier of energy accumulation.The greater the hardness difference between the composite components,the greater the impact energy index,and the stronger the impact tendency.
