矿井瓦斯是威胁煤矿安全生产的重要因素之一,提高煤矿瓦斯抽采效率是解决煤矿安全生产的重要手段。因此,对瓦斯抽采钻孔密封段的密封质量及漏气位置检测就显得尤为重要。文中在山西余吾煤矿N1101回风顺槽进行现场测试,利用钻孔封孔漏气检测装置,在抽采钻孔正常的抽采负压下,通过探测抽采钻孔的不同深度,测定不同测点处的瓦斯浓度、抽采负压等参数,判断相应测点控制区域的漏气情况。结果 表明:在钻孔16 m范围内瓦斯浓度变化不大,漏气通道较少,封孔质量较好,16~23 m有漏气现象。现有封孔工艺及材料整体上密封质量较高,封孔效果较好。抽采钻孔封孔质量检测方法和装置为改进封孔工艺和参数、提高封孔质量提高科学依据,具有广泛的应用前景。

Mine gas is one of the important factors threatening the safe production of coal mines,while improving the efficiency of coal mine gas extraction is an important means to secure the safe production of coal mines. Therefore,it is very important to check the sealing quality and gas leak position of the sealing section of gas extraction drill-holes. Field tests have been conducted on N1101 return airway in YuWu coal mine in Shanxi Province,and drill-hole sealing gas leak detection devices have been used to measure the parameters such as gas concentration,extraction negative pressure at different measurement points and determine the gas leak conditions of the control area of corresponding measurement points by detecting the different depths of extraction drill-holes at the normal negative pressure of extraction drill-holes. The results show that there is only slight change in gas concentration with less gas leaking channels and better sealing quality within the range of 16 m drill-holes,while there is gas leakage in the range of 16~23 m.The existing sealing process and materials can provide good sealing quality with better sealing effect. The quality inspection methods and devices of extraction drill-holes provide scientific basis for improving the sealing process and parameters and upgrading the sealing quality.
