为开展采动覆岩破断与卸压瓦斯运移规律的三维物理相似模拟实验,在渗流系数能量控制模型的基础上,研制出相似材料渗流-能量特性真三轴实验系统,并详细介绍系统的主要结构、功能及实验方法。结果 表明,该系统可由液压加载系统控制对试件所施加的三轴应力,利用多元测试系统对试件压缩过程中油缸的推出力、试件压缩轴向变形量、压缩过程的气体流量及主裂隙导通时的能量耗散进行实时监测,通过对不同配比相似材料试件的真三轴加载实验,研究三轴压缩相似材料的渗流-能量特性为进一步开展采动覆岩裂隙演化与卸压瓦斯运移多物理场耦合规律奠定了实验基础。

According to the 3D physical simulation experiment on the falling process of the overlying rocks in fully-mechanized top-coal caving stope and unloading pressure gas migration rule,we developed a true triaxial experimentsystem of the similar material seepage-energy characteristics based on energy control model of seepage coefficient.And introduced the main structure and function of the system and the experimental method.The specimen is imposed the triaxial stress by the controlled hydraulic loading system.It is real-time monitored by the multivariate testing system that the stress of the compressed samples, the axial deformation launch of the compressed specimen, the compressed gas flow and the energy dissipation of main fracture. The seepage-energy characteristics of the similar material is researched based on thetrue triaxial loading experimentfor the different ratio of similar material specimenwhen it is compressed. The results will provide experimental foundation for the further development of rock fracture evolution and the coupled law ofpressure relief gas transport and rock fracture evolution.
