为研究煤炭地下气化项目的 综合评价机制,构建客观、全面、定量的可行性评价体系,指导地下气化项目决策和工程设计提供依据,采用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法和变权等数学方法,从资源、技术、经济、环境和能耗等6方面考虑,选取89个评价指标,构建了多层次模型,对指标类型进行了划分,并建立了隶属函数,创建了煤炭地下气化可行性常权-模糊层次和变权-模糊层次等2个综合评价模型。将2个综合评价模型分别应用于贵州某矿煤炭地下气化项目的 可行性评价,并对结果进行了对比分析。结果 表明,与常权-模糊层次综合评价相比,变权-模糊层次综合评价可通过权重变化来反映各等级的指标状态,避免了部分极值指标的影响因权重太小而被“淹没”,评价结果中各级隶属度表现出更强的离散性,可信度更高。通过综合评价,可直观地反映出对象项目在资源、技术、经济、环境和能耗等方面的具体表现。

To study the mechanism of comprehensive evaluation of underground coal gasification(UCG)projects,to construct an objective,comprehensive and quantitative feasibility evaluation system,and to provide basis for project decision and engineering design of UCG,this paper adopted the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and variable weight,taking resource,technique,economy,environment and consumption into consideration,chose 89 evaluating indicators,constructed a multilevel model,categorized the indexes,built the membership functions,and established two comprehensive evaluation models for UCG:fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)with constant weights and variable weights,respectively.The models were used to evaluate the feasibility of the UCG project in Guizhou.The results showed that,compared with the constant weight-FAHP,the assessment results of variable weight-FAHP was more credible.It could indicate the index status of the various grades by weight change,which avoided the consequence that the influence of extreme value indexes could be overlooked because of small weight,presented stronger discreteness between different membership degrees of evaluation grade.Furthermore,comprehensive evaluation could plainly reflect the performance of the evaluated project on the aspects of the resource,technique,economy,environment and consumption.
