离子液体对煤分子结构活性官能团具有显著的溶解破坏作用,能为抑制煤自燃提供有效途径。为了考察咪唑类离子液体对内蒙古鄂尔多斯色连矿烟煤氧化特性的影响,选取4种离子液体[BMIM][NO3]、[BMIM][I]、[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]处理煤样,并采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行实验,研究不同温度下离子液体对煤自燃的阻化效果。结果 表明:离子液体[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]对煤自燃阻化效果显著,其中[BMIM][BF4]在120~150 ℃的阻化效果最为明显,可为煤自燃防治提供基础和参考。

Ionic liquids(ILs)have significant effect of dissolution and destruction on the active functional groups of coal molecular structure, which can provide an effective way to inhibit coal spontaneous combustion.To investigate the effect of imidazolium ionic liquids on oxidation characteristics of from Selian mine of Inner Mongolia Ordos bituminous coal, Four types of ILs with [EMIM][BF4],[BMIM][BF4],[BMIM][NO3], and [BMIM][I] were employed by temperature programmed oxidation to study the inhibitory effect of ionic liquids on the spontaneous combustion of coal under different temperature. The results indicate that two kinds of ionic liquid [EMIM][BF4] and [BMIM][BF4] have an obvious inhibitory effect on spontaneous combustion of coal. The effect of [BMIM][BF4] at 120~150 ℃ is the most obvious, which provides basis and reference for effective prevention of coal spontaneous combustion.
