为研究胡家河井田原煤含硫特征及主控因素,为脱硫、降硫提供科学理论依据,采用了趋势面分析和相关分析相结合的方法,对黄陇侏罗纪煤田彬长矿区胡家河井田3#,4#煤层原煤的含硫特征及主控因素进行分析研究。结果 表明,胡家河井田3#煤层属中硫~高硫分煤,以中高硫分煤为主,4#煤层属特低硫~中高硫,以低硫分煤为主; 原煤的硫分以硫化铁硫为主,次为有机硫,硫酸盐硫含量最少; 井田中部,硫分含量较高,井田西南部和东北部,硫分含量较低,说明原煤硫分从井田西南和东北向中间递增; 原煤硫分的成因和分布与成煤原始植物、水文条件、沉积环境、地质构造都有一定关系,原煤全硫含量与灰分成负相关,淡水沼泽中硫的聚集与植物类型、水动力条件及覆水深度关系更为密切,说明硫分的形成和成煤环境中的外来碎屑关系不大,与煤形成时的泥炭沼泽的环境和成煤物质密切相关,因此胡家河井田原煤含硫的主控因素为成煤原始植物和沉积环境。

In order to study the characteristics of sulfur content of raw coal and the main controlling factors in Hujiahe mining field and to provide scientific theoretical basis for desulfurization and sulfur reduction,the characteristics and the main controlling factors of sulfur content in 3# and 4# coal seam of raw coal in Hu Jiahe mining field which belongs to Binchang Huanglong Jurassic coal mining area are analyzed using trend surface analysis and correlation analysis.The result shows that the 3# coal seam in Hu Jiahe mining field belongs to middle and high sulfur content coal,with high sulfur content coal giving first place,and 4# coal seam belongs to ultralow and middle high sulfur content coal,with low sulfur content coal giving first place; The sulfur content of raw coal in Hu Jiahe mining field is based on iron sulfide sulfur,time for organic sulfur,minimum in sulfate sulfur content; The sulfur content is high in central but low in southwest and northeast of mining field which explains the sulfur content increasing from the southwest and northeast towards to the center; The formation and distribution of raw coal sulfur content have some relationships with original coal-forming plants,hydrological conditions,sedimentary environment and geological structure,however sulfur content in raw coal and ash content are negatively related,the relationship among sulfur in freshwater marshes accumulation and plant type,hydrodynamic conditions and the overlying water depth are more closely,which indicate that the formation of sulfur content has little relationship with the foreign debris of coal forming environment but more relationship with the environment and coal substances,therefore the main controlling factors of sulfur content in raw coal are the original coal-forming plants and sedimentary environment.
