为研究不同螺纹形态的圆柱状2D种植体的即刻力学,建立了简化的种植体—牙槽骨的参数化模型,骨块简化为内部为松质骨外部为皮质骨的矩形方块,在骨块上建立圆柱形螺纹种植体及牙槽骨,牙槽骨和种植体简化为一个整体。采用有限元方法,对不同螺纹形态种植体轴向截面应力应变在不同承载特征下的变化规律并进行了对比分析。结果 表明,在混合加载作用下,种植体—牙槽骨的应力、应变及变形分布更趋均匀,表明相邻牙槽骨之间的反作用力即水平加载对应力分布的影响是不可忽略的。当螺纹角度在30°~60°时,顶角为45°的螺纹形态应力集中现象严重; 顶角为60°的螺纹形态应力、应变及变形最小。为避免应力过度集中产生的二次伤害,应采用顶角为60°的螺纹形态,有利于应力在皮质骨、松质骨区域更合理的分散,可延缓皮质骨表面的骨吸收,为种植体的螺纹设计提供参考依据。

In order to investigate the immediate mechanical properties,a simplified parameterized model for implant-to-alveolar bone was built.The bone block was simplified as cuboids with cancellous bone inside and cortical bone outside,on which thread implant and alveolar bone were built and combined.The distributions of immediate stress,strain and deformation under different load modes for three kinds of thread implants were investigated and compared with each other by finite element method.The results showed that the stress,stain and deformation of implant-to-alveolar bone under the mixed load were lower and more uniform,which shows that the interactive force between adjacent alveolar bones cannot be ignored.The stress concentration for the model with vertex angle 45° is more evident,which should be avoided when designing the implant structure.The stress,strain and deformation for the model with vertex angle 60° have the minimum value,which is favorable for stress in alveolar bone area dispersion and delay the bone resorption.All the above can be used for thedesign of implants of reference.
