利用传统力学试验方式直接获取实际工程结构的(如焊接接头)材料力学性能有时相当困难,而准确的材料力学参数是分析实际工程结构完整性的重要基础依据。鉴于获取材料表面维氏硬度相对容易,文中利用维氏硬度试验和ABAQUS有限元分析相结合的方式,分析了304奥氏体不锈钢维氏硬度与材料屈服应力的相关性,为复杂工程结构的材料力学参数确定提供了一条新的途径。

It is not easy to directly obtain the mechanical properties of the actual engineering structures(such as welded joints)by traditional material mechanical experiments in many practical conditions,and the material mechanical parameters of the structure is important basic data of the structural integrity and safety evaluation.An approximate relationship between Vickers hardness and the yield stress of 304 austenitic stainless steel is analyzed based on a comparison between Vickers hardness experiment and ABAQUS numerical simulation,which provides a new method to determine the material mechanical parameters of complex engineering structures.
