针对红柳林矿5-2煤切眼现有支护结构和支护技术设计的锚杆、锚索支护密度偏高,部分复杂生产条件下的支护效果难以达到设计要求,支护体实际受力常常远低于杆体强度的现状,采用联合支护的思想,结合现场测量,数值模拟,工程实践的方法对浅埋深薄基岩煤层大采高综采工作面的切眼支护进行了优化设计,确定了初步支护方案,将初步设计方案应用于现场,并对围岩支护效果进行监测分析。通过对浅埋深薄基岩大采高工作面切眼支护优化研究,形成了一套完善的支护设计体系,在保证安全的前提下有效的提高了切眼的掘进速度及支护效益,有效的降低了巷道工程的综合成本,经济和社会效益显著。

As for Hong Liulincoal mine 5-2 existing supporting structure and technical design of the anchor,the anchor density is higher,and the actual force of support is usually much lower than the intensity of the rod body.Therefore,combined with on-site measurement,numerical simulation and engineering practice,this paper optimizes cut-hole supportfor shallow buried deep thin bedrock coal seam large mining height fully mechanized coal face.We determined the preliminary support scheme and the preliminary design scheme is applied to the site.Based on theface cut-hole supporting optimization research,we have formed a set of perfect supporting system design.And based on the premise of ensuring safety and effective improvement,we have boosted thecut speed and support efficiency,and reduced the comprehensive cost of roadway engineering.The economic and social benefits are significant.
