为了预防井下碰撞事故发生,提高煤矿安全生产水平,文中利用井下业已安装的视频监控系统,提出了一种基于安全时间模型的井下运动目标防撞预警方法。该方法首先依据视觉计算原理推导出目标的运动状态三维参数,分析运动目标之间的相对运动情况构建出相对运动情况树; 然后根据运动状态三维参数和相对运动情况树,计算出运动目标之间的实际距离; 最后建立安全时间模型计算出安全距离,分析从t时刻到t+Δt时刻内运动目标之间是否可能发生碰撞,制定相应的预警策略,其中Δt的选取由安全时间模型中的安全时间决定。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确计算出运动目标之间的实际距离,实时预防矿工和运煤车碰撞事故的发生,为煤矿运输事故自动预警机制提供了新的技术手段。

In order to prevent collision accidents of coal mine underground and improve the security of coal mine production,this paper makes full use of underground video surveillance system and proposes a new anti-collision early-warning method based on security time model for coal mine underground moving objects.Firstly,the method deduces objects'motion state three-dimension parameters with the theory of visual computing,and builds the relative motion situation tree by analyzing motion situation between objects.Secondly,the method calculates the actual distance between moving objects according to motion state three-dimension parameters and relative motion situation tree.Finally,the security time model is built to calculate security distance and analyze whether the objects will collide or not from the moment of t to t+Δt.The value of Δt depends on the security time of security time model.The experimental results show that this method can calculate the actual distance of objects accurately,prevent underground collision accidents real-timely,and provide a new technical means for automatic early-warning mechanism of coal mine collision accidents.
