针对现有的脆弱性理论研究中,脆弱性特征要素关系不清、规律不明的现状,提出脆弱性特征要素的递次呈现与控制理论。并将其应用于城市轨道交通系统脆弱性的研究中,根据城市轨道交通自身特点与实地调研结果,将地铁机电设备火灾脆弱性影响因子依脆弱性特征要素与人、机、环2个不同角度进行归类,构建地铁机电设备火灾脆弱性影响因子矩阵。并从人员脆弱性、设备脆弱性及环境脆弱性三方面提出对地铁电气设备火灾脆弱性因素控制方案。

According to the existingvulnerability theoretical studies, the relationship between vulnerability factors is not clear,and the unknown law status, put forward successive presentation and control theory of vulnerability characteristics,and apply it in the research of urban rail transit system vulnerability.According to the characteristics of urban rail transit and the results of the investigation, the subway electrical equipment fire vulnerability factorsare classified form two different aspects of the vulnerability elements and human, machine andthe subway electromechanical equipment fire vulnerability matrix influential factor constructed. From three aspects of the vulnerability of personnel, equipment and environment, this paper puts forward the control scheme of fire vulnerability factors of subway electrical equipment.
