传统生土基材料在抗压强度、变形能力等方面与现代建材相比存在较大差距,为了改善传统生土基材料的基本力学性能,在生土基材料中掺入改性材料:糯米浆、玻璃渣、竹纤维,形成改性生土基材料。设计1组素土试件和4组不同配比的改性生土试件,由土工试验方法制作得到直径102 mm×高116 mm的圆柱体改性生土基试件共5组,24个。通过对试件进行轴心抗压试验研究,得到不同掺料以及不同掺量试件的抗压强度、破坏荷载、断裂能和位移值。分析不同掺料以及不同掺量对生土试块抗压强度、变形能力、断裂能的影响规律。结果 表明,糯米浆能大幅度提高生土块材的抗压强度,但对试件的变形能力没有提高; 玻璃渣对生土块材抗压强度有一定提高,竹纤维对生土块材变形能力有较大提高,试件破坏时整体性较好,大大改善试件脆性性能。

Compressive strength and deformation ability of traditional raw soil materials have a gap in comparison with modern building materials.In order to improve the basic mechanics performance of the traditional raw soil materials,through adding glutinous rice paste,glass slag and bamboo fiber,forming modified raw soil materials.The authors designed a set of soil block and four different ratio groups of modified block,the size in diameter 102 mm with high 116 mm cylinder specimens were prepared by soil test method.Through the axial compressive strength test,we got a different dosage of compressive strength of the specimens,the fracture energy and displacement value.Analyze the influential law of different admixtures and different dosage on raw soil block compressive strength,deformation and fracture energy.The results showed that glutinous rice paste material can greatly increase the compressive strength of raw lumps,but can not improve the specimen deformation ability.Effect of glass slag on clump material compressive strength has improved,effect of bamboo fiber on clump material deformation ability has improved greatly.When the specimens damaged,specimens'integrity were good.
