应用振动成型水基聚合物SRX稳定碎石试件,研究了SRX稳定碎石含水率变化规律及其对SRX稳定碎石力学强度的影响,发现干化温度T越高,SRX稳定碎石试件干化速率越快,并确定出0~105 ℃内干化温度T随干化时间t的变化规律; 试件含水率对SRX稳定碎石力学强度影响显著,含水率为零时试件强度达到最大值; 相对强度(Rcw/Rc0)与相对含水率(Δw)满足一定数值关系; 干化温度与测试温度(0<T<105 ℃)对SRX稳定碎石抗压强度无显著影响。建议SRX稳定碎石养生及测试标准条件为:SRX稳定碎石试件成型后在90 ℃干燥箱内烘2 d后,室温下进行强度测试。

In order to study the change law of the moisture content of water based polymer SRX stabilized crushed stone,the SRX stabilized crushed stone specimens shaped by vertical vibrating test method was used.It was found that the higher drying temperature is,the more rapid drying rate of the SRX stabilized crushed stone specimens is.The relationship between drying temperature(T)and drying time(t)and drying time(s found under the range of 0 to 105 degrees; the moisture content of specimens significant affect mechanical strength of the SRX stabilized crushed stone.mechanical strength of the SRX stabilized crushed stone reach to maximum when the value of moisture content reduce to zero.Relative moisture content and relative strength have the numerical relationship; Curing temperature has no significant effect on mechanical strength.The author suggest standard test conditions is that: SRX stabilized crushed stone should be preserved in drying oven(90 ℃)for two days and test the strength at room temperature.
