为了解褐煤在存储过程中的煤质及温度变化规律,优化褐煤的存储管理,对云南区域某种常见褐煤进行现场存储试验。通过现场进行煤堆组堆,预埋热电偶监测试验煤堆温度变化规律,得出了试验煤堆温度变化与存储时间呈指数函数的变化趋势,分析了煤堆易发生自燃部位以及自燃的原因,提出了具体的防治措施和处理方法。通过对试验煤堆按照标准方法进行采制样及化验,分析了试验煤种在存储过程中的主要煤质指标变化,得出了试验煤种的煤质指标随存储时间的变化规律,并拟合出试验煤堆煤质随存储时间变化的回归公式。通过结合褐煤存储过程中的煤质变化及试验煤种市场价格,分析了不同存储时间的煤炭价值损失,为该试验煤种如何进行经济性存煤提供了数据参考,研究将对煤炭的存储管理起到一定的借鉴作用。

A field testing are carried out for a kind of lignite of Yunnan Province in order to obtain the change of coal quality index and temperature during the test,and optimize the coal storage management.The position and reasons of spontaneous combustion are analyzed,it is found that the coal temperature varies exponentially with time,and concrete countermeasures and precautions are suggested.The change of coal quality index during the test are analyzed.According to the interrelated property of coal quality index and time we have reached several relevant linear regression equations.The economy of the lignite storage are evaluated and relevant proposals for the lignite storage are put forward.The research will play a certain role in the coal storage management
