在研究比较长距离带式输送机系统启动方式的基础上,针对长距离多级煤矿输送机重载启动撒落煤料问题,提出一种基于决策树改进随机逼近(IGSA-ISADT)煤矿输送机系统群智能启动算法; 该算法将长距离带式输送机系统各子系统的输送距离、胶带宽度及驱动电机功率作为条件属性,采用决策树确定不同子系统启动斜率; 加速段和匀速段分别按本子系统的启动斜率和控制误差随机逼近给定线速度。通过陕煤集团某煤矿运输距离为3 400 m的四级煤矿运输机系统进行群智能启动仿真验证,结果表明,该群智能启动比常规的比例积分控制启动各子系统逼近给定线速度效果好,最大线速度误差减小到4.22%,不仅动态误差显小而且运行平稳,可对多级输送机重载协调启动预防煤料撒落提供一种参考。

On the basis of studying the starting mode of long distance belt conveyor system,aimed at the coal scattered problem of the long distance coal mine conveyor when multistage system heavy starting,the intelligent group-starting is presented for coal mine belt conveyor-system based on improved stochastic approximation of decision tree(IGSA-ISADT).In this algorithm,condition attributes are selected,which are the transmission distance,the belt width and the driving motor power of the belt conveyor subsystem with long distance,the decision tree is used to determine the starting slope of different subsystems.Acceleration section is started according to the starting slope,and the uniform section is controlled by the error of randomly approximate to given linear velocity.Group intelligent start is simulated using four level coal transport system with coal transport distance of 3 400 meters in a Shaanxi coal mine.The results show that the group intelligence is better than the conventional proportional integral control system,the maximum line speed error is reduced to 4.22%,not only the dynamic error is small but also the running is stable,the algorithm can provide a reference that coal scattered is prevented when heavy starting of coal belt conveyor with multilevel subsystem.
