为了提高对农业大棚环境的监测,系统从物联网技术的三层结构概念出发,采用感知互动层、网络传输层、应用服务层进行设计。感知互动层采用ZigBee无线通信技术构建一个无线传感器网络,负责感知农业大棚中作物生长环境,包括农业大棚中的空气温湿度、光照强度、二氧化碳浓度、土壤温湿度、通风状态等。网络传输层采用以太网通过TCP/IP协议进行传输,应用服务层通过个人计算机上的应用程序来实现对系统信息的管理,并且与计算机上的专家系统连接,对农业大棚中作物生长环境进行自动控制。系统主要涉及传感器网络拓扑结构的选择优化及传感器节点的电路设计、网络传输层的结构设计、应用服务层的应用程序设计及信息在专家系统中的融合算法。传感器节点采集数据通过Bayes滤波算法进行处理提高数据的可靠性。传感器节点选用无线收发器CC2430芯片设计。实验表明,系统实现了对农业大棚作物生长环境的实时监测,但系统中采用Bayes滤波算法还需进一步改进,系统的稳定性也有待更一步提高。

In order to improve the agricultural greenhouse environment monitoring system,from the concept of three-tier structure of networking technology,adopt interactive perception layer,network transport layer,and application service layer to design.Perception interactive layer builds Wireless Sensor Networks that is used to perceive the crop growth environment air temperature and humidity,light,carbon dioxide,soil temperature,humidity,ventilation,pest in agricultural greenhouse by ZigBee wireless communication technology.Network transmission layer finish transmission of information by Ethernet technology based on TCP/IP; Application service layer could achievethe information management of the system by personal computer application program,and can be connected to a computer expert system to control the agricultural greenhouse crop growth environment automatically.The system mainly involves the sensor network topology optimization,design of sensor circuit,network transmission layer structure and application service layer application program,as well as information fusion algorithm in expert system.Data collected by the sensor node could be processed through Bayes filtering algorithm to improve the reliability of data.The sensor nodes are designed using wireless transceiver chip CC2430.Experiments show that the system realizes the agricultural greenhouse crop growth environment,real-time monitoring,but Bayes filter algorithm used in the system needs to be further improved,and stability of the system needs to be enhanced.
