根据《煤矿安全规程》“每5年至少进行1次风机性能测定”的规定,为掌握姚桥煤矿东二风井ANN-2500/1250型轴流式通风机运转参数及性能,根据风机安装现有条件,采取不停产的条件下,运用精密气压计等设备,使用静压差法对1#备用主通风机进行性能鉴定。根据现场测试出的相关参数,绘制出姚桥煤矿东二风井1#风机的输出功率、风压、效率与风量关系特性曲线。通过测定结果和数据分析,表明1#主通风机性能良好,并能满足东二风井必备的井下用风要求。为保障主要通风机安全经济运行,针对东二风井通风系统中存在的不足,提出了相应的整改建议。本次ANN-2500/1250型风机性能鉴定的测试方法及结果分析,对类同轴流式风机的鉴定工作具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。

On the basis of the clause in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations:the measurement of the fan performance must be conducted once at least every five years,and in order to grasp the actual operation parameters and performance of ANN-2500/1250 axial main ventilators of Donger shaft in Yaoqiao coal mine,according to the existing conditions of the fan installation,we used equipment for precision barometer and then made a performance test about 1# anti-explosion extraction axial fan in Donger shaft under the condition of no shutdown by static pressure method.According to the parameters of the test,we drew the performance curve about output power,wind pressure,efficiency and air volume about 1# fans of Donger shaft in Yaoqiao coal mine.By measuring the results and data analysis,it indicates that the good performance of 1# main fan,which meets the needs of mine with the wind of Donger shaft.To ensure the safe and economic operation of the main fan,we put forward the corresponding improvement measures aiming at the shortcomings of the existing in the ventilation system of Donger shaft.The test method and results of the ANN-2500/1250 fan performance test have a certain reference significance for the test of the similar axial fan.
