煤矿企业的生产事故中有80%是由人的不安全行为引起的。预防和控制煤矿中人的不安全行为是减少人员伤亡和经济财产损失、保障安全生产顺利进行的关键环节。文中运用脑电测量实验,基于疲劳对矿工不安全行为的影响,结合神经管理学和安全管理学理论与方法,对疲劳状态下矿工的不安全行为进行实验研究,构建了由刺激发生系统(STIM)、信号采集与处理系统、被试反应系统、数字放大器等组成的事件相关电位(ERP)测量系统,并选取了15名实验对象作为被测试者开展实验研究,对被试者疲劳前后注意力的脑电信号指标进行测量。当被试者疲劳时,注意能力有所下降,ERP实验中的朝向反应实验可以反映出这种变化。实验分别对被试者在疲劳前后脑电信号P3a成分进行测量,结果表明疲劳前后 P3a成分的波幅、潜伏期都有不同程度的变化,疲劳对被测试者脑电信号的波幅、潜伏期影响明显,疲劳时被试者注意力下降,更容易出现不安全行为。

80% of industrial accidents in coal mine enterprises are triggered by unsafe behaviors of miners.Preventing and controlling unsafe behaviors of miners is a crucial link to reduce casualties and economic losses and ensure safety in industrial production.In this study,an electroencephalo-graph(EEG)measurement experiment was made to figure out the impact of fatigue on unsafe behaviors of miners.Neuromanagement was combined with safety management theories and methods to make an empirical study of unsafe behaviors of miners in fatigue.An event-related potentials(ERP)measurement system,composed of a stimulation-generating system(STIM),a signal acquisition and processing system,a subject-reacting system,a digital amplifier and other components,was built,and 15 miners were chosen as experiment subjects to measure the attention of the miners as an EEG indicator before and after miners felt fatigued.When subjects were fatigued,their attention was gradually distracted from work,which was reflected by the orienting response experiment in the ERP experiment.In the experiment,P3a components of subjects before and after they felt fatigued were tested.And test results showed that subjects had experienced varying degrees of changes in amplitudes and latency stages in their P3a components before and after they felt fatigued.That is to say,fatigue has a significant impact on amplitudes and latency stages of EEG of subjects.When miners feel fatigues,they would be inattentive and more prone to unsafe behaviors.
