地铁隧道的施工必然会对周围的岩土体产生扰动,岩土体的固结和次固结将使地层产生沉降变形,而地层中存在各式各样的地下管线,如果地层变形过大,将会危及这些管线的安全,如何确保地铁施工地下管线的安全是地铁施工的关键技术。研究黄土地区地铁隧道施工对周围邻近管线所处地层的变形影响规律的目的 是在保证地铁隧道施工的同时,确保管线的变形满足管线的正常使用,为地铁隧道的安全高效施工提供技术支撑。以西安地铁一号线地铁施工工程为研究背景,在分析 Peck经验公式的基础上给出修正后的预测地层变形公式,在此基础上,研究距隧道轴线不同距离处的地层变形规律,以及不同地层损失率对地层变形的影响规律。采用预测公式对西安地铁一号线某区间段地下管线所处地层的变形进行预测,同时进行现场监测,通过预测与实测结果的对比验证该预测方法确实可行。在盾构施工前可对构筑物所处地层的变形进行预测,并可采取有效地加固措施以减小地铁施工对其影响。

The subway tunnel is built in complex geotechnical environment,its construction will inevitably disturb the surrounding rock and soil strata.Consolidation and secondary consolidation of disturbed soil will induce settlement of the soil strata,which will jeopardize the safety of pipe lines in the strata.Therefore,it is necessary to study the laws of the overlying soil deformation caused by subway construction.The research objective is to guarantee for normal use of pipeline while in safe construction of metro tunnel,and provide technical support for safety and high efficiency construction of metro tunnel.This paper takes Xi'an metro Line 1 as a research background,deformation formula to predict stratum are modified based on Peck empirical formula,the laws of stratum deformation at different distance from the tunnel axis and the influence of different stratum loss were studied.The prediction formula was used to predict the stratum deformation of an underground pipeline above the subway Line 1.The predicted results were compared with measured data,which showed good agreement between them.Therefore,we can use this prediction method to predict the stratum deformation before the shield construction of the tunnel,and take some effective reinforcement measure to reduce adverse influence caused by the subway construction.
