为解决文家坡煤矿4101首采工作面长距离大断面回采巷道顶板下沉量大、钢带变形严重以及帮部破碎扩容显著等围岩失稳带来的支护质量差甚至支护失效现象,采用钻孔窥视仪对巷道进行布孔观测和工程类比法对原支护方案进行优化。结果 表明:采用优化方案后,顶板下沉量从600 mm降低到100 mm,并且钢带受剪切变形显著减少; 巷道尺寸收敛现象为50~100 mm,低于优化前的300 mm.为避免巷道变形严重,在监测监控基础上增加支护强度是合理可行的。

To solve phenomenon of poor quality and even failured supporting broungt by the instability of surrounding rock due to large amount of roof subsidence and serious deformation of the strip and the significant crushing capacity for two side of roadway at long distance and large section gateway of 4101 mining face of WEN Jia-Po coal mine,using borehole camera and engineering analogy method to optimized the original support scheme.Useing optimized scheme,roof subsidence reduce from 600 mm to 100 mm,and reduce shear deformation of steel strip significantly.The narrowing size phenomenon of roadway is 50~100 mm less than 300 mm compared with before.In order to avoid the severe deformation of roadway,increasing supporting intensity is reasonable and feasible based on online monitoring.
