随着机械化水平的不断提高,复杂机械在工业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,然而随着复杂机械设备工作时间的增加,故障率也在不断提高,为避免因设备故障带来的不必要麻烦及损失,有必要对复杂机械设备进行研究分析。研究以分析评判震压造型机故障为基础,找出影响该设备可靠性的因素主要有压实无力、不震击、震击不稳、震击无力及震击不稳,并找出导致这些因素发生的底事件及各底事件之间的相互关系从而建立相应的故障树; 其次求出故障树中各底事件的结构重要度并进行比较; 再者由于震压造型机工作故障影响因素复杂且具有模糊性,导致数据的严重缺失,因此无法直接进行评判,此时可利用模糊综合评判法进行评判,研究以震压造型机工作中“压实无力”为例,可以得出该设备压实状况,以便工作人员能根据实际要求调控设备到适当状态。结果 表明,利用故障树和模糊综合评判法对震压造型机故障进行分析评价是可行的,为工作人员安全操控提供了依据,同时也为研究其它复杂机械设备故障提供了理论参考。

With the improvement of the mechanization level,complex machinery plays an increasingly important role in industry.However,with the increasing of complexity of machinery and equipment working time,the failure rate is also rising.In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and losses caused by equipment failure,it is necessary to study and analyze complex mechanical equipment.Research is based on analyzing and evaluating the failure of jolt squeezing machine,there are four factors were analysed which led to the failure:compaction weakness,without shock,shock inability and shock unstable,so the fault trees were set up based on the bottom events and the relationship of them; then calculated the structure importance of each bottom event and compared them; then due to the influence of complexity and fuzziness on the failure of jolt squeezing machine,causing the loss of reliability data,and therefore it can not be judged directly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to solve it for obtaining the detail of compaction of the equipment,so that the operators control in an appropriate state.The results show that,this method of analyzing the failure of jolt squeezing machine by fault tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is feasible,and it will provide not only the basis for safe operation,but also a theoretical reference for the study of other complex mechanical equipment failures.
