企业信息化规划是在企业发展战略目标的指导下对企业架构进行全面的梳理和设计,基于数字矿山的发展趋势,对采矿这一以矿产资源为生产对象的古老产业进行信息化改造,促进矿山安全高效的生产及管理。文中以赋存环境、开采技术与灾害复杂多变的神华新疆能源有限责任公司数字矿山规划设计为例,剖析煤矿企业数字矿山规划过程和主要成果,充分考虑公司总部和下属煤矿的信息化、自动化建设现状,设计了L1设备层、L2控制层、L3生产执行层、L4经营管理层、L5决策支持层共5个层面的系统架构,对IT基础设施的应用现状进行了全面的梳理和分析,并在此基础上进行合理化设计,通过规划设计,有力推动企业的信息化、自动化建设,提升企业的安全生产和经营管理水平。

The architecture of enterprise informatization planning is analysed and designed under the guidance of enterprise strategy.Based on the development trend of Digital Mine,information transformation is applied in the mining to promote the production and management of mine safety and high efficiency.Based on the example of Shenhua Xinjiang energy limited liability company digital mine plan and design with the conditions of complex occurrence environment,mining technology and disaster,the planning process and main achievements of digital mine at coal mine enterprise are analysed.System architecture is designed into five aspects:L1 device layer,L2control layer,L3 executive layer,L4 management system architecture layer,and L4 management system architecture layer,and b>5 decision support layer.The present application of IT infrastructure are summarized and analyzed,the rational design is made,through the planning and design,the enterprise informationization and automation construction are promoted,improving the enterprise's safety production and management levels.
