随着社会经济的发展和交通的日益发达,越来越多的水下隧道走入人们的生活,采用沉管法修建水下隧道是一种常用而且先进的施工技术方法。近几年,在国内和国际上采用这种方法的水下隧道越来越多,在设计沉管隧道时,需考虑结构的样式、施工方法、水文地质情况等诸多因素。文中结合广州黄沙至芳村珠江水下隧道工程的工程实例,介绍了基于大型通用有限元软件ANASYS的沉管隧道的三维有限元模拟分析。根据从实际工程中提取的资料和数据,首先对沉管隧道周围(如水、土等)的介质进行了相互作用关系和力学分析的研究,并对其进行了基础理论计算,然后以计算结果为依托,通过建立模型、进行网格的划分、荷载和边界条件的约束和施加对沉管隧道进行数值仿真模拟,从而得到准确合理的分析结果。通过分析结果中的应力、应变图形可以直观的判断出沉管隧道的应力和应变分布情况,从而知道沉管隧道结构容易变形和破坏等的部位和破坏机理,以便于对沉管结构的设计与研究,并为以后的沉管隧道设计研究工作提供参考。

With the development of social economy and traffic becoming more and more developed,more and more underwater tunnels come into people's lives,the immersed tube method is adopted to build the underwater tunnel,which is a kind of common and advanced construction technology method.In recent years,the method of underwater tunnel on domestic and international are used.In the design of the immersed tube tunnel,we need to consider the style,method of construction,hydrogeological conditions and other factors structures.This paper combined with the engineering instance of the underwater tunnel engineering of the Huangsha to Fangcun in Pearl River Guangzhou,introduces the analysis of the tube tunnel by the finite element software ANASYS.Firstly,according to the data extracted from the actual project,research on the interaction relations and the mechanics analysis of tube tunnel surrounding medium(such as water,soil,etc.),and make the theoretical calculation.Then,based on the calculation results,the authors analyzed and obtained rational result by establishing the model,the dividing method for grid,applying the boundary constraint,and get the accurate and reasonable analysis results.By analysing the stress and strain results graphics,we can be intuitive to judge the stress and strain distribution of the tube tunnel.It would facilitate the design and research of the tube structure,and provide the reference for later design of the tube tunnel research work.
