针对国内矿山企业设备备件管理信息化水平较低的现状,将二维条形码技术应用于矿山设备备件库存管理过程中,设计并实现了一套科学、高效的备件管理系统。提供了一种基于微软.NET平台,采用C#编程语言开发矿山备件管理信息系统的思路和方法。论述了该系统的二维条码编码方式,功能框架结构以及备件库存管理方法等方面。实现了使用智能设备在矿山生产现场查询备件基本信息、库存储量、存储位置以及跟踪备件质量与智能定制检修计划等功能。研究结果表明该系统能够更合理地实现备件的库存管控,更有效地帮助矿山企业提升经济效益。

Because the informational level of the domestic mining enterprises equipment spare parts management is low, the two-dimensional bar code technology is applied in mining equipment spare parts inventory management process to implement a set of scientific, efficient spare parts management system. Provide a.NET platform based on Microsoft, use C# programming language to develop the thought and method of mining spare parts management information system. Discuss the two dimensional barcode encoding of the system, function structure and the spare parts inventory management method, etc. Realize the use of intelligent equipment to query the spare parts basic information, inventory reserves, storage location and to track the quality and intelligent custom maintenance plan, etc. at the scene of the mine production. The results show that the system can achieve more reasonable spare parts inventory controlling and help mining enterprises increase the economic benefits effectively.
