从高层建筑物的钢结构的住宅结构体系的抗震性能的角度着手,建立钢框架、钢框架支撑和钢框架剪力墙的三维立体空间的有限元模型。通过有限元的软件对这3种钢框架模型进行8°的抗震设防下模拟,并分别对其进行模态分析与动力时程的研究分析,根据3种模型的动力时程的顶点位移与层和层之间的位移进行相关对比,指出对钢结构设置支撑和剪力墙,来完善高层的钢结构的住宅结构体系的抗震性能,从而提高建筑物的稳定性和抗震能力。

Considering the seismic performance of high-rise buildings steel structure residential structure system,establish a steel frame, a braced steel frame and steel frame shear wall of three dimensional space finite element model. By the finite element software for the three kinds of steel frame model on the eight degree earthquake simulation, carries on the research on the modal analysis and time-history analysis. The three model's relation of the coping displacement and relative storey displacement were compared, and the seismic performance of setting steel-brace and steel frame shear wall was proposed.
