运用堆积颗粒的颗粒级配优化模型,计算了碳化硅制品工业生产中使用原料常用的3种粒径的最优配比,同时通过3种粒径碳化硅颗粒的粉体堆积密度和压实密度的实验,获得了最优堆积密度和压实密度,对比验证了理论模型的计算结果。实验结果表明不同颗粒级配的堆积密度和压实密度的最优配比,与最优理论模型基本相符合。实验研究发现当粗中细3种颗粒粒度的最优化配比百分数为:63:9.7:26.8时,粉体自由堆积密度与压实密度达到最大。

Three most optimal match has been calculated by grain composition optimized model in the system of packing particle,the most optimized bulk density and packing density have been acquired by the experiment of three grain size silicon carbide particles,and the calculation results of the theory model have been compared.The result shows: the most optimization of different particle grading and packing density is according with the theory model,and the particle bulk density and packing density are maximum when the particle grading is 70:10:20.
