随着计算机网络和通信技术在电力系统的广泛应用,如何采用有效而且可靠的手段实现电网设备的远程监控成为必然趋势。文中主要讨论基于单片机底层管理器的软硬件设计和基于VB的本地和远程上位机软件的设计。既可以实现电网设备的本地控制,又可以远程控制,提高了电力系统运行的安全性和可靠性。

With the development of network and communications technology,it is a trend how to effectively implements the remote monitoring of power equipment.Design of the underlying manager based on MSP430F247 and VB-based software of local and remote PC is elaborated.It implements the local and remote control of power equipment to improve the reliability and security of power system.
