以某矿2306厚煤层工作面回风顺槽为依托,对三软煤层巷道变形力学机制及巷道锚固支护机理进行理论分析,确定了一次锚杆+金属网+钢筋梯梁和二次锚索关键部位补强的支护方案,采用理论计算与有限元模拟的方法确定了锚固支护参数,完成了400 m长试验巷道的支护研究。结果 表明:支护方案合理可行,锚网联合支护是解决三软厚煤层巷道支护问题的有效手段。

Based on air-return crossheading in one coal mine 2306 thick coal seam, mechanical deformation mechanism and anchorage support mechanism were analyzed by theory in “three soft” roadway of coal seam. Support scheme was given that first support of anchor+metal mesh+steel bar beam and second anchor cable strengthening support on key parts. Anchorage support parameters were given by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation methods. Field test was completed in 400m air-return crossheading. The results shows that the support scheme was reasonable and bolt-mesh-anchor support was effective method for thick “three soft” roadway support of coal seam.
