摘要:
人的不安全行为是造成煤矿安全事故的主要原因。为了减少煤矿安全事故的发生,必须全方位的预防和控制矿工的不安全行为。基于积极心理学视角,探讨了煤矿工作资源对矿工心理安全行为的影响机理,并且深入分析企业的安全氛围水平和矿工自身的安全心理资本在影响机理中的重要作用,构建了煤矿工作资源对矿工心理安全行为影响关系的理论模型。运用结构方程模型和bootstrap法对该理论模型进行检验。结果表明:工作资源能够分别通过心理社会安全氛围和安全心理资本的完全中介作用正向影响矿工的心理安全行为; 并且工作资源可以通过心理社会安全氛围和安全心理资本的链式中介作用正向影响心理安全行为。以上研究证实了煤矿工作资源、企业心理社会安全氛围和矿工安全心理资本在提升矿工安全行为中的有效性。因此,煤矿企业应该加强对矿工心理安全的重视,向矿工提供丰富的工作资源,改善组织安全氛围,开发矿工安全心理资本,进而提升矿工安全行为。
Abstract:
Most safety incidents are caused by unsafe behaviors of miners.In order to reduce the accidents in coal mines,it is necessary to prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of miners in all aspects.Based on positive psychology theory,this paper explored the influence mechanism of job resources on psychosocial safety behavior and presented a deep analysis of the important role of the company's safety climate level and miners'own safety psychological capital in the impact mechanism.Then a theoretical modelwas constructedof the relationship between job resources and psychosocial safety behaviors which was test by the structural equation model and the bootstrap method.The results showed that psychosocial safety climate and psychological capital related to safety played a completely mediating role in job resources and psychosocial safety behaviors; job resources could positively influence psychosocial safety behavior through the chain mediating role of psychosocial safety climate and psychological capital related to safety.The above research confirms the effectiveness of coal mine working resources,psychosocial safety climate of organization and miners'safety psychological capital in improving the safety behavior of miners.Therefore,coal enterprises should attach great importance to the psychosocial safety of miners,provide rich job resources,create andimprove safety climate and develop the safety psychological capital of miners,thus enhancing the safety behavior of miners.
