摘要:
为研究湿法氧化脱除烟气中NO的效果,采用实验测试和理论计算相结合的方法,选取了H2O2、NaClO2和KMnO4 3种氧化剂,在鼓泡反应装置中,测试氧化剂的氧化温度和浓度对脱硝效果的影响,确定了最优脱硝条件,在最优条件下分别进行了并联及串联的脱硝实验。结果表明,在30 ℃,1 000 mL浓度为0.045%的NaClO2与40 ℃,500 mL浓度为0.2%的KMnO4串联脱硝效率最高,达95%以上。而采用KMnO4并联脱硝效率为83%,明显低于串联效果。得出结论:处理相同量的氮氧化物,串联比并联的脱硝效率高得多。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of nitric oxide(NO)removal by wet oxidation from flue gas,the method combining the experimental test and theoretical calculation was used by selecting H2O2,NaClO2 and KMnO4 to oxidize NO in bubbling reaction apparatus.The effects of temperature and concentration on NO removal rate were tested and the optimal conditions also were determed.The series and parallel connection experiments were conducted on optimal conditions.The results showed that,under the condition of 1 000 mL NaClO2 of 0.045% at 30 ℃ added 500 mL,0.2% KMnO4 at 40 ℃,the removal rate of NO is above 95%,that is obviously higher than 83% that removal rate by parallel program using KMnO4 as oxidant.It is concluded that,handling the same amount of nitrogen oxides,the efficiency of the series is much higher than that in parallel.
