摘要:
运用岩石力学、单因素分析法等理论与方法,通过制作以砂子、石蜡、油等原料的相似材料试件,开展了不同冲击次数、骨料粒径、油含量试件力学性质测试试验。试验结果表明:在石蜡砂子质量之比、油含量等因素一定时,冲击次数为7次、5次、3次,其峰值分别为0.180,0.142,0.123 MPa,冲击次数多的试件抗压强度高于冲击次数少的。骨料粒径为:0.2~0.3,0.3~0.45,0.45~0.9 mm,其峰值分别为0.079,0.114,0.145 MPa,骨料粒径大的试件的抗压强度总是高于骨料粒径小的。油含量为0,10,20 mL,其峰值分别为0.197,0.124,0.108 MPa,油含量大的试件抗压强度低于油含量少的。试件的抗压强度随着冲击次数的不断增大,均随之增大; 随着骨料粒径不断增大,均随之增大; 随着油含量的不断增加,均随之减小。这些研究成果对相似材料模拟试验具有一定意义。
Abstract:
Using rock mechanics and single factor analysis,we carry out experiment on mechanical property of specimen for different grain diameter,impact number and oil content by making similar material that is made up of sand,paraffin and oil.The test results show that the impact times are 7,5,3 times,its peak are 0.180,0.142,0.123 MPa and the compressive strength of specimen with more impact number is higher than the less one.The aggregate particle size are 0.2~0.3,0.3~0.45,0.45~0.9 mm,its peak are 0.145,0.114,0.079 MPa,and the compressive strength of specimen with larger aggregate size is higher than the smaller one.The oil content are 0,10,20 mL,its peak are 0.197,0.124,0.108 MPa and the compressive strength of specimen with more impact number is lower than the lower one.The compressive strength of specimen will increase with the impact numbers increase.The compressive strength of specimen will increase with the aggregate size increase.The compressive strength of specimen will decrease with the oil content increase.The results of study have great significance for similar material test of solid-gas coupling.
